Payment Methods:
• We accept cash, business checks or money orders, as well as the following major credit cards (incl: Visa, Mastercard & Discover).
• To pay remotely via Credit Card, either give us a call at 310.876.3933 to pay by phone, or fill-out and autograph our Credit Card Authorization Form and fax it back to us at 773.772.9540. Terms & Conditions:
• Full payment, or a minimum 50% deposit, is required prior to commencement of all work orders.
• Orders over $1000 may be subject to additional deposit or full payment up-front.
• The remaining balance is due in full upon pick-up or before delivery.
Cancellations & Refunds:
• Orders may not be cancelled or modified after materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
• We do not refund deposits due to the fact that we often order materials specific to your individual project.
• Any changes made to the work order after work has commenced will require a new quote. Any available credit will be applied towards your new work order.
Rush Orders:
• Same-Day Printing service will be an additional 75% of the final print cost (upon availability).
• Next-Day Printing service will be an additional 50% of the final print cost (upon availability).
• Please *CALL US for avalablity and quotes on ALL Rush Jobs.
• All prints require time to allow for outgassing before framing can occur. RC coated photo papers can take up to 7-10 days to outgas.
• For a multitude of reasons, *Rush Orders may NOT be offered at all times or for all projects. Please call us @ 310.876.3933 to discuss all Rush Orders before placing your Rush Order. THANK YOU!
